Happy 100th Birthday Mr. Pace!

This picture shows Dick Pace watching Quint Studer singing Happy Birthday!

We were very happy to have the rare opportunity to create a video tribute for the 100th birthday of a World War II fighter pilot. Mr. Dick Pace. What a complete gentleman and the essence of ‘Men of the Tall Grass’.

Tribute

Here is a shot of Dick watching the tribute. What a great way to be part of his 100th!

Happy belated 100th Bday Mr. Pace! My name is Mary Ellen Gartland Banfield and my father Don Gartland was in the Navy with you and also flew an F6F Hellcat. He spoke highly of you and cherished the reunions you both attended. We lost our Mom Patricia in Dec. of 2010, and Dad in 2015. They were wonderful people! Dad never talked about his navy years when we were very young, but as we all got older he opened up. The naval reunions were one of the highlights of both Mom and Dad’s golden years! Thank you for your service to our country and for your great friendship to my parents!
Here is an Irish Blessing for all the veterans who have been called home by our Lord:

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And the rain fall soft upon your fields,
    And until we meet again
May God hold you in the palm of His hand!
